Data protection is of high priority for Profiler. We take the greatest care to protect the data we are entrusted with.Personal data is always stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) applicable to Profiler GmbH in Germany. Accordingly, all our employees are obliged to treat such data confidentially.We place great value on transparency, both for our employees and for our applicants and customers, and are committed to ensuring that this acts as a preventive measure against data misuse and corruption as well as demanding open and honest communication in all cases.By means of this Privacy Policy we would like to inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the personal data collected, used and processed by us. You will moreover be informed about the rights to which you are entitled.This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Please use this page to inform yourself, as we will publish any necessary modifications here.

III. Collection and Use of Data
We receive personal data in the course of our services and business processes mainly through applications and registrations for our services. These are predominantly data and information provided to us by applicants for specific positions or in the context of a proactive application or registration.In addition, data may be collected through active online recruitment (sourcing) and through personal contact with persons. Under certain circumstances, data may be passed on to us by business partners or other third parties. In cases where this occurs, the potential candidate will be considered a user under this Privacy Policy and will be informed of the processing. We only accept data that has been collected and processed in accordance with the law. In order to place applicants in suitable employment relationships or to present suitable projects, as well as to process applications, enquiries and registrations, the collection of some personal data is necessary. These include contact details and data that can usually be found in a CV. The types of personal information that can be collected, may be name, email, media, information from professional social network accounts, answers to questions asked through recruitment, titles, education and other information provided by the user or others. Only data relevant to the recruitment process or training and employment market opportunities will be collected and processed. This data will be evaluated in order to check the suitability of the qualifications of the persons in relation to projects, job offers and training and employment market opportunities and to contact them in this respect. The personal data of persons who have an employment relationship or other business relations with Profiler GmbH are processed within the framework and for the purpose of this relationship only. The storage and processing of personal data is handled in our database by a service provider. Further data processing takes place in applications of the Office365 service of Microsoft Corporation. All personal data is used exclusively for the relevant purpose and is never passed on to third parties without the prior consent of the person concerned.When using the website for informational purposes only, we do not collect any personal data, except those transmitted by the browser. We use the edoobox.com software solution from Etzensperger Informatik AG as a booking and administration system for training and coaching. Personal data is only processed for the fulfillment of the service in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and this data protection policy. In addition, social bookmarks of third-party providers are integrated on our website. These are only integrated as links to the corresponding services of the respective website. After clicking on the respective logos, you will be forwarded to the corresponding website. Only then will user information be transferred to the respective provider. Information on the handling of your personal data when using them can be found in the data protection declaration of the respective third-party provider.

IV. Cookies and Google Analytics
Cookies are identifiers that are transferred to a visitor's computer's hard drive via their web browser so that our systems can recognize their browser. V. Cookies and the edoobox online booking system
Cookies and temporary files help edoobox to function and pages to load faster because certain content is already stored on your computer or by helping to provide personalised content faster and to store user preferences. edoobox also uses cookies to record statistical information to facilitate the use of the service.

VI. Purpose
We process and store personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and only for the purposes of processing applications, job placement, realisation of trainings and employment market services as well as the execution of employment relationships and other business relations, internal quality management or to fulfill legal obligations.

VII. Storage and Security
The personal data we collect and process is stored within, the EU/EEA, if not stated otherwise. We always put personal integrity first and therefore actively work to ensure that all personal data of is processed with the utmost care. We take the measures that can reasonably be expected to ensure that the personal data of users and others are processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the EU-GDPR. We store the data on the basis of Art. 6 I a), b), c) and f) EU-GDPR.

VIII. Duration
Personal data which we receive through applications, registrations or other enquiries will be stored for the above-mentioned purposes for a period of 24 months. In order for Profiler to further consider people for future positions, projects or training and employment market opportunities, we require the consent to the further storage of a person's personal data. With this consent, the person agrees that the data will be stored and processed until this consent is actively revoked by the person. Should an employment relationship or a business relationship develop from the application, registration or other enquiry, the data will be stored for the duration of this relationship. As soon as this data is no longer relevant, i.e. employment relationships or other business relationships have been terminated, the data will be archived for the duration of the corresponding statutory retention period. The person has the right to revoke their consent to the storage and processing of the data at any time by contacting Profiler via the following e-mail address: dataprivacy@it-profiler.com.

XI. Transfer of Data
All personal data will be treated as strictly confidential. No personal data will be passed on to third parties without express consent. Only after this, personal data will exclusively be disclosed to third parties we trust. Business partners and customers are carefully selected to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.Processing of payments of our coachings and trainings.
The Provider cooperates with various payment systems (non-exhaustive list: Paypal, Stripe, Sofort-Klarna). The relevant data protection policies can be found at the payment system providers. To make payment as user-friendly and easy as possible, the name and e-mail address are sent to the relevant payment provider during a payment transaction. This is information that would have to be provided anyway.

Data upload and storage of files at S3 from Amazon for participants of our coaching and training sessions
Participants can add files of all formats and sizes to the booking when they register. These files are added directly by the participant to Amazon's secure storage solution S3.

Data Processing in Office365
Furthermore, any data is also processed in various components of the cloud-based service "Office 365" of Microsoft Corporation.

Mail dispatch
Mail is sent by default via the SMTP server Office 365. For this purpose, it is necessary to include the mail address and any other personal and offer-related data in the mail.

IX. Your rights
You have the right to request information about the data currently stored by Profiler in accordance with Art. 15 EU-GDPR and can obtain information about processing purposes, categories of personal data and planned storage period. You also have the right to access this data as well as immediately request correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by Profiler, in accordance with Art. 16 EU-GDPR, or have it deleted in accordance with Art.17 EU-GDPR.
