MEMBERSHIPS & CERTIFICATIONS
Profiler is AZAV-Certified and is an authorised employment market service provider in Germany. The Accreditation and Licensing Ordinance for Employment Promotion (Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsverordnung Arbeitsförderung), or AZAV for short, regulates the recognition (accreditation) and licensing (certification) of companies as educational institutions and their trainings and coachings as well as the recognition of the provision of employment market services. The AZAV certification ensures the sustainable improvement of the quality of labor market services and thus the performance and efficiency of the labor market policy support system.
Profiler is an active member of the Bundesarbeitgeberverband der Personaldienstleister e. V. (BAP) - Federal employers association of Personnel Service Providers - since 2017. The BAP stands for the professionalisation of the HR-Services Industry with contact to policy maker at German, European and international Level. BAP is the only German association to be a member of the global umbrella organisation for the personnel services industry "World Employment Confederation" (WEC), based in Brussels.
The success of an organisation depends on its workforce and therefore motivated, satisfied and qualified staff is our most valuable asset. Multiple employer recognitions show that our dedication to our employees is paying off. Not only has Profiler already been awarded the Focus Business Top Employer Award twice, but we have also been honoured with Kununu Top Company and Kununu Open Company Awards. Only 6 % of rated companies on Kununu have qualified themselves as a Top Company and only 1 % as an Open Company. We are honoured to have received these awards and will continue to stand for authenticity, open-mindedness, fair and open communication and the critical reflection of our own qualities as an employer. We have received great feedback from our employees and are very proud that employee satisfaction has continuously been on a very high level and keeps improving – our recommendation rate on Germany’s biggest employer rating platform has reached 100 %.
Doing good business is not just about making money. It is about being conscious of the impacts on all stakeholders with regard to decisions made in one’s own interest, and taking responsibility for these decisions and outcomes. This approach to doing business has always been part of Profilers company policy. We are proud to formalize this by being an active participant of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) since Jan 2014. Through this participation Profiler commits itself to aligning its policies, strategies and operations with the 10 universally accepted policies in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. The values of the UNGC and SDGs are integrated into our day-to-day business, processes and core values.
Certified Training Company
Profiler is a recognised apprenticeship training provider with the local chamber of commerce and has invested in the qualification of our trainings through the AEVO exam certificate. We see training and educating young people as a social obligation and an investment in the future not only of our company and business sector but for society generally. As more and more companies are suffering from a shortage of skilled workers here in Germany, it is all the more important nowadays to train our own junior staff, to invest in young people and thus in the professionals of the future, and to actively contribute to strengthening the German apprenticeship system. In this way, on the one hand, tradition and long-standing processes are preserved, while on the other hand, change is actively shaped by training new impulse drivers, experts and leaders of the future. This not only enriches our company, but also sustainably enriches our industry and the German labour market.
