MEMBERSHIPS & CERTIFICATIONS
Profiler is AZAV-Certified and is an authorised employment market service provider in Germany. The Accreditation and Licensing Ordinance for Employment Promotion (Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsverordnung Arbeitsförderung), or AZAV for short, regulates the recognition (accreditation) and licensing (certification) of companies as educational institutions and their trainings and coachings as well as the recognition of the provision of employment market services. The AZAV certification ensures the sustainable improvement of the quality of labor market services and thus the performance and efficiency of the labor market policy support system.
Profiler is an active member of the Bundesarbeitgeberverband der Personaldienstleister e. V. (BAP) - Federal employers association of Personnel Service Providers - since 2017. The BAP stands for the professionalisation of the HR-Services Industry with contact to policy maker at German, European and international Level. BAP is the only German association to be a member of the global umbrell a organisation for the personnel services industry "World Employment Confederation" (WEC), based in Brussels.
