Skills/Experience Required

• Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR, or with an interest in gaining experience in this area
• Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proven ability to work effectively and independently in English
• Self-organised
• Strong eye for detail
• Good numeracy skills


• Support in preparation and distribution of internal meeting packs, in paper and electronically including scanning of necessary documentation and assignment of necessary access rights in the documentation management tool
• Process removal requests for starters and leavers
• Assist with calculation and monitoring of allowances
• Preparation of business travel
• Assist in contract preparation
• Calculation of Long Term Care reimbursement claims
• Collect necessary forms from staff, registering and filing
• Updates of the HR Division Intranet pages
• Assist the secretariat during absence of dedicated Assistant, including delivery of internal mail and preparation of certificates and other documents upon request
